Teaching positions must meet the Highly Qualified requirements of No Child Left Behind Act.

Paraprofessionals (Teacher Aides) must have:

• Completed two years of study at an institution of higher education; or
• Obtained an associates (or higher) degree; or
• Met a rigorous standard of quality and be able to demonstrate, through a formal State or Regional Education Service Center, academic assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in instruction, reading, writing, and mathematics readiness.

Substitutes must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• TB test
• Attendance to our Sub Training (Call 897-1652 for more information.)
