ü 10:30 - Noon Creating Web Pages w/Pictures by George Mayer (Computer Lab)

ü 1 – 1:45 Teacher Meeting in library

ü 2-3:00 Sheehan and Howard meet with teachers of special education students to plan

o Are designated tests special education students are scheduled to take, appropriate, or do we need to return to ARD w/recommended changes?

o Recommendations/changes for accommodations?

o Who you want as test Administrators for students with accommodations

o Report decisions to L. Sullivan and J. Alexander

ü 3-4:00 (optional) Financial Planning; Supplemental Retirement Planning

ü 7:00 BISD Board Meeting @BHS Café Annex (Board Appreciation Night)

o PES staff is encouraged to attend to show Trustees our support for their long hours of work for our District

3:30 – 4:30 Extended Day

5:00 – 7:00 PES Library is open for community use

2:00 Bus Evacuation Practice

ü 4^th Graders and 2 teachers board buse out front of Science Center

ü 5^th Graders and 2 teachers board bus out front of school office

ü 6^th Graders and 2 teacher board bus outside of Mrs. Perez’s classroom

o Load tallest and largest students first so they will be in back of bus

o Bus drivers will give teachers and other students further instructions
