Good afternoon, and I hope you are all doing well. Bloomington Middle School and portions of Bloomington High School are currently experiencing an internet outage that has temporarily affected phone service. Our Technology Department is actively working to restore connectivity as quickly as possible. Until service is fully restored, if you need to contact the Middle School Campus, please call the Administration Building at (361) 333-8016, and we will ensure your message is delivered. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
Respectfully,
Eric P. Cormier
Superintendent

October is Principal Appreciation Month, and I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible principals who serve the students, staff, and community of Bloomington ISD with dedication and heart every single day. Our principals are the backbone of our district. They are instructional leaders, motivators, problem-solvers, and mentors — often all within the same hour. Their commitment to ensuring every child has access to a high-quality education and a safe, supportive learning environment is what drives the success of our schools.
To our Bloomington ISD principals: thank you for your tireless leadership, your compassion for students, and your unwavering belief in the potential of every learner. Your work makes a lasting impact not only on your campuses but across our entire district community. Please join me in celebrating and showing appreciation for these outstanding leaders throughout the month of October.
