Thank you to all the Parents and Staff who attended our three-day Cooking Well for Healthy Blood Pressure session here at BES!
Participants enjoyed sampling healthier options such as Mediterranean Chicken Pasta Salad and Strawberry Cucumber Salad. Everyone who attended received an insulated lunch tote bag and other useful kitchen items to support healthy cooking at home.
We appreciate your commitment to wellness and look forward to more opportunities to learn and grow together!
