Saturday Academy was a hit at BES. 3rd Grade played Super Bowl Escape Room: they read a passage about the history of the Super Bowl. They earned clues for the escape code by correctly answering questions about the passage. If they didn’t find text evidence or got the answer incorrect, there was a flag on the play lol 😆 🚩They had a blast! #GameOn21!!

The BES cafeteria is a movin’ and groovn’ good time. Happy Valentines Day everyone.

Students chose Mr. Mason for the February Bobcat Boss Teacher! Great job Mr. Mason!!! Here is what they had to say about him:
He's great and always helps us.
He is a very hard working and great teacher!
He's nice to talk to.
He's nice and very funny.
He's funny when he doesn't mean to be and, he always makes sure you're doing your work. If you cooperate with him, he'll cooperate with you, one of the best teachers I've ever have had.
He's my favorite!
He really gets into the lectures and is someone I can count on.
He is nice and deserves it.
Mr. Mason is just really understanding. He knows how to teach and understands the students on campus.
I chose Mr Mason because he is nice, very patient and teaches very well.
He's cool!
He helps me with my college a lot.
He is cool and swaggy 😎.

**Weather Watch Update**
Bloomington ISD is monitoring the weather forecast and receiving updates from the Office of Emergency Management/National Weather Service. The most recent update does not indicate a need to change the regular school schedule this week. We will continue to monitor the ongoing weather updates, and notify staff, students, and guardians if the forecast requires a change to our regular schedule. Thank you.
