A Message From The Superintendent

This week's Student of the Week for Bloomington Elementary is Allison Monreal! She was nominated by Ms. Cabrera who says, " Allison is an incredible student! She always goes the extra mile and is willing to help her classmates when needed. Her positive attitude helps brighten up the day/class.”
🌟 Congratulations Allison, keep shining bright! 🌟

Saddle up for a drug free future! Today was western day and we also had an assembly lead by our very own Officer Williams. Thank you to the VCSO deputies who came to speak to our students about the importance of celebrating red ribbon week and living a drug free lifestyle.

Today, our secondary campuses briefly went into a hold to provide medical assistance to a student in need. We’re grateful for the swift response of our staff and students, ensuring everyone’s safety and well-being.

GET READY TO JOIN US! - LIFT Team

Thank you district Judge Eli Garza for coming to speak to Coach Waters Government classes about landmark court cases and the court system.

Bloomington Elementary came out strong to Team Up Against Drugs!!! It was a fun day for all sports fan and students.

Twin UP, Stand TOGETHER! Drug Free FOREVER! Today was twin day and we had a special visitor, the grim reaper, show up on campus. Every day, approximately 28 people die from drug or alcohol related car accidents. The grim reaper took 28 students throughout the day to illustrate this. Thank you student council students and national honor society students for their help with this event.

This year, Bloomington ISD is excited to partner with the Texas Education Agency and Region 3 Educational Service Center on an important initiative called Texas Strategic Leadership. The goal of this initiative is to assess our district's current practices and to develop a 5-year strategic plan that fosters continuous improvement.
To ensure this process reflects the perspectives of all our stakeholders, we are asking for your feedback through a brief survey. Your input will provide valuable insights into the current trends and practices within our district, helping us make informed decisions for the future. The survey is anonymous, and linked below.
We kindly ask that you complete the survey by Thursday, October 31st. Your participation is greatly appreciated and will contribute significantly to the future success of our district.
