Bloomington Athletics Parents, We are 3 days into our athletics fundraiser with TeamFunded. We are currently at 3% participation. If you have not already done so, please download the TeamFunded app on your phone and login with your students number. Click the RED share button and then the GREEN Click Here to Start Sharing button and select as many friends and family from the contact list as possible. You only have to do this one time. 20 shares minimum counts your student as “participated”. The sooner we get the shares out, the better it will be. Thank you so much for participating! The link or QR code to buy tickets for the Homecoming dance this Saturday is below. Single tickets are $3 and for a couple it is $5. The dance is at the Dome from 8pm to 11 pm and for high school students only!

The 2024 Bloomington ISD Homecoming Parade happens today 09/12/2024. Attached below is the Parade Route. Students who are a part of the parade will need to be dropped off at 6:45 pm on Illinois St., Indiana St. is only for parade vehicles. If you have any questions reach out to BHS Office.

Teachers, students, families, and members of the VFW came out to Bloomington Elementary for a small Patriot Day memorial. The veterans did a fantastic job presenting the colors. We were honored to have high school band members present to play taps after the presentation of the color. Thank you Peyton and Mia for your solemn, but excellent performance.

Bloomington Athletics Parents, We just kicked off our 2024 All Athletics fundraiser with TeamFunded and we need every parent to follow the below instructions and make sure your athlete has as many shares as possible by this evening. The more shares the better! We need to be shooting for 40-50 shares per athlete. This will only take each parent a couple of minutes to complete on their device. Here are the easy steps to get this done!

2. Insert your players phone number
3. Press the RED share button.
4. Press the GREEN bar that says click here to start sharing.
5. Click on as many contacts as possible, up to 100.
6. Share and Submit
7. If you have more than 100 shares, repeat above steps 3-6.

Homecoming updates: please be advised that Homecoming proceedings this year will take place BEFORE the game instead of halftime. Please plan accordingly for Friday. All students who are on homecoming court have been advised to begin lining up at 6:30, football players on the court at 6:45, and ceremonies starting at 7pm.
*Last call for any items to be showcased during the game in the Dome, please drop off to the High school front office!
Friendly reminder the 2024 BISD homecoming parade is on Thursday September 12. If you want to join the parade with a float please use the link below to sign up. Sign ups end on Wednesday September 11, 2024 @ 1pm. Parade lineup will be emailed to those who signed up no later than 10 am on Thursday September 12, 2024.
