BISD will accept referrals for students who may need Gifted/Talented Services for the school year. This program is designed for students who exhibit intellectual and creative thinking abilities at an extraordinary level not formally served in the regular classroom. The referral window is open for students in grades K-12 until October 14, 2024. Services are provided only upon identification of education needs of the student. Anyone wishing to refer a BISD student this year is asked to complete the form (QR code). If you have any questions, please reach out to Ms. Harper via email at sarah.harper@bisd-tx.org

Bloomington is proud to welcome back Decades of Bobcat Legacies at Homecoming 2024. Below is the link for the Homecoming Parade which will occur on Thursday September 12, 2024. Start time is 7:30 PM with vehicle and parade line up beginning at 6:45pm. If you need any extra information please reach out to BHS and contact Mr. Adcock.

We will have an annual station with yearbooks of BHS past, class photos, and sports memorabilia! However, if you or your family have any items that are from BHS' past or Bloomington's history please consider allowing us to showcase and feature that night of the Homecoming game. We have a cataloging sheet in the high school front office where you can leave contact information for your item's safe return.💚

This week's Student of the Week for Bloomington Elementary is Ella Isaacks! She was nominated by Mrs. Marlyn Salinas who says, "Ella shows a remarkable enthusiasm for learning. Whether it's grasping new concepts or asking insightful questions, she is always attentive and ready to absorb information.
