We had a great turn out for our Women's History Month celebration. Parents and students researched various influential women and applied their knowledge to a bingo game. Mrs. Horelka did a fantastic job organizing a fun afternoon for everyone.

Bloomington Elementary 5th Graders enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Invista Wetlands today. They had lessons on habitats, animals, fish, insects and much more. Teachers were proud of their effort and good behavior.

This past Saturday several BHS Art students traveled to Victoria West to compete in the Visual Arts Scholastic Event. Of the 12 students that competed, 5 received a score of 3 (Strong) and 6 received a score of 4 (Excellent) and moved on to Area judging. While they were there they also had the opportunity to participate in collaborative art projects such as tape murals and yarn bombing a bike! Way to go Bobcats!
These outstanding Bloomington Elementary students were knighted for the trait of Confidence. We are so proud of your accomplishment and encourage you to keep standing out!!
