Before earning her high school diploma this week, senior Yasmina Gonzales had one other thing on her to do list: graduate from Victoria College with her Associates Degree of Science!! 🎉Yasmina has worked tirelessly towards this goal for the last few years and sacrificed her time and energy to make it a reality! Dear PES Parents/Guardians,

This morning, Placedo Elementary was briefly placed on a HOLD as a precautionary safety measure due to a medical emergency on campus. A HOLD allows us to limit hallway movement and maintain a calm, secure environment so emergency personnel and staff can respond appropriately without disruption.

At no time were students in danger, and normal campus operations have resumed. We appreciate the cooperation of our students and staff during the situation and thank you for your understanding and support.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the front office.

Thank you,
Andi Martinez
Principal, Placedo Elementary School
