Don’t forget tomorrow is the Mini Cheer Camp hosted by the 2025-2026 BHS Varsity Cheer Squad! Your child does not have to attend Bloomington to participate! Parent show offs are Thursday plus the minis will get to cheer at a football game this next season! You can pay for one or two days! Email Mrs. Lewis with any questions! Katelyn.lewis@bisd-tx.org

Last week BMS/ BHS celebrated our 3rd Braggin' on Bobcats celebration for the year! Those students who had perfect attendance, or A honor roll, or AB honor roll, OR no discipline referrals got to choose a celebration and snack for their Friday afternoon! We had Karaoke & ice cream, board games & snacks, movies & popcorn, or even outdoor games... it's safe to say our students had a good time!!! 🎉🎉
Remember secondary students-if you weren't able to attend this time strive for any of these goals for the last nine weeks to attend the next celebration!!

Today, 8th Grade and Biology students started 15 varieties of heirloom tomatoes from seed! Over the next few months, they’ll nurture these plants from tiny sprouts to thriving vines, gaining hands-on experience with key scientific concepts.
🌿 8th graders will explore ecosystems, plant growth cycles, and environmental influences.
🔬 Biology students will investigate genetics, inheritance, and evolution through trait variations and cross-pollination.
