Bloomington Elementary students came out strong for the first Saturday Academy of the year. They were researching, investigating and problem solving all over the school. It was a fantastic morning of learning and adventure.

7th grade art students created self portrait paintings that used words and symbols to help describe their personalities! The end results are just as unique as the students who created them!
Mr. Luna's class took advantage of the sunshine today to check on their carrots and prepare beds for future planting!

This week's Student of the Week for Bloomington Elementary is Julio Baladez! Lady Amber proudly bestowed the medals on these outstanding students and their teachers wrote beautiful accolades. Qualifying 8th graders enjoyed their Communities in School field trip to Southern Career Institute!
Please join Bloomington Elementary in congratulating Josiah Amaro our 2024 Spelling Bee Champion along with the runner up, Jeremiah Reyes. It was a battle through several rounds and all contestants gave it 100% effort. We are very, very proud of all contestants who worked hard to make the event possible.

Results for the Cypress Ridge Welding Contest are in!
Of 354 welding students Isaias Perez received 2nd place level 4 ASME 9 5g Pipe Weld. Juan Carlos Perez placed in the top 10 Level 3, AWS GMAW 3g Groove weld
Both students received Weld Certifications. Iasis received $5000.00 in scholarships to Arclabs and Tulsa welding school! Way to go guys!!!!
