Congratulations to Geneva McKinney for winning the Veterans of Foreign Wars Voice of Democracy Audio Essay Contest and to Anabelle Silva for winning the Veterans of Foreign Wars Patriot's Pen Essay Contest for Bloomington Texas VFW Post 6074!
Also congratulations to Mrs. Mitchell who won the the VFW Teacher of the Year award for the Bloomington Texas VFW Post 6074 and VFW District 24. She has advanced to the VFW State Competition! Good luck!

These 143 Bloomington Elementary students achieved perfect attendance in the month of December 2023. Their presence and academic excellence make a difference each and every day. Bloomington Elementary students were delighted to receive a free book for Christmas today. The LIFT grant made a generous donation to the school so that each student would have a gift and something to read over the holiday season.
